Haiti Aid Workers Now Kidnapping Targets
Editor's summary:
Haiti — As if Haiti doesn't have enough problems, now someone has taken to kidnapping the very people there to help the devastated nation.
Doctors Without Borders has announced that two of its staffers were abducted on March 5, held for six days and released on Thursday (3/11). In a statement the aid agency said that it would not reveal the identity of those kidnapped or any circumstances of their ordeal. However, according to this AFP report, the aid workers are both women.
